About this role

VendVerse is looking for a Business Development Partner (BDP) to help expand our portfolio of quality vending and micro-market locations. This is a fully autonomous, performance-based contractor position — not a traditional sales job. It may be a fit whether you are currently employed and want residual-style side income, a retired professional with existing business relationships, or someone fully focused on building income through results.

Compensation

50% of verified net profit — per account you originate
Profit sharing may continue each month the account remains active and profitable. A single qualifying anchor location may generate $150–250/mo in net profit share to the originating BDP.
No salary, no hourly pay, no guaranteed income. This role rewards results, not time. Income potential varies and is not guaranteed. All details are governed by the independent contractor agreement.

What you may do

  • Identify businesses in Mississippi and surrounding areas that may benefit from cashless vending or micro-market services
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person visits, or referrals
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and coordinate with VendVerse on site feasibility
  • Support initial placement coordination at launch
  • Optionally contribute marketing or growth ideas

This role does not involve

  • Machine servicing, restocking, or route work
  • Inventory handling or any general labor
  • W-2 employment, base salary, or guaranteed pay

This may be a fit if you are

  • Self-directed and comfortable working without daily oversight
  • A relationship-driven communicator who can reach decision-makers
  • Comfortable with performance-based income that varies by results
  • Based in or familiar with the Mississippi, Alabama, or Louisiana market
  • Connected in manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, automotive, government, or warehousing
